Current Commission Schedule:

COMMISSIONS ARE CLOSED!
I am currently too busy with our own costume schedule to take on any more. Because commissions are closed for an undecided amount of time I also WILL NOT BE RESPONDING TO PRICE QUOTES.

Commissions

Forward from Sheila

Commissions will cost you...
But my advice is always free and never ending. Its okay if you just want to email me for help or message me on tumblr. I don’t charge for helping you out!

And I love doing it --so go ahead! I will help you shop for wigs, find you tutorials, reference photos galore, experience tips and more. Also, if you ask for a commission, and I tell you how I would do it — and you realize it would be easier than you thought and you want to do it yourself. That's okay!

I'm a cosplayer first and a commissioner second. And only human, always!

It is my firm belief that the commissonee is completely involved with the making of their costume. I make sure that the important decisions (how its made, which bases to buy, what color spray paints you prefer) are all made by you. Not only so you are sure to be satisfied with the end product, but hopefully you will enjoy and understand the process of your commission.

How it Works:

First, you have to send in an email to aicosupre@gmail.com with the below information;

•
Name
•Email Address
•When you need your cosplay/prop/etc
•Your Zip code
(to calculate shipping costs)

•
What cosplay/prop you want
•Character
•Series
•Description of the Prop
•Reference images
(links are okay too)
•Is this for a convention? (this is a question of durability)

•Measurements/Height (I need your measurements for cosplays, but if you only want a prop I need your height regardless)
•Any other specific information you think I should know

After your sent in request, you will receive a response consultation. This will include a quote for the supply cost, how long it will take to make, how exactly I will make it, and the total price for everything and shipping. I will also make any inquires at that time.

Finally, you have the last response for the green light for me to get started.

The Process:
I want to make sure you are involved as possible in my creation process. I will have a tumblr linked to you where you can see the progress of the prop as I work on it. We will also be in contact the whole time to ensure satisfaction!

Payment:

Paypal only!

Every cosplay or prop varies on price!
For example, a Celty helmet would cost about $80-$120 whereas an Arrancar mask is only $40-$60. And full blown costumes like Dragon Age costumes, would cost around $400-$700 or more.
You will receive a price quote in your consultation response.

I require a two part payment!
•The first part is before I begin building! I will need the supply payment before I begin, so I may buy supplies! I can not start unless otherwise stated.

•The second part is the final payment, after the costume is done, for my time and effort in making the commission. This will also include the shipping costs. Your item/cosplay will not ship until this payment it made! After that I will ship your item and give you any tracking information!

Please note that bigger costumes — such as a Dragon Age costume may require a third ‘halfway’ payment. For any supplies needed during the in progress stage.

The only costumes I refuse to make is a
female Mage Champion Hawke, a Fenris costume, and a Hatsune Miku Append costume. Sorry guys! But these costumes have won awards and we use them for marketing.  However, I will gladly walk you through the process with advice tutorials and explanations on how we made ours.
